Jessi & Dingo ~ Ormond Plantation Wedding In Destrehan Louisiana

I was so honored to capture Jessi & Dingo’s Wedding at the stunning Ormond Plantation in Destrehan, LA.  I first met Jessi & Dingo when I shot their engagement session in New Orleans earlier this year and I may have feel in love with them as a couple, if you know them, then you know what I mean. It is so moving to see how much in love they are and how much the respect each other. Their wedding represented one of the things I love most about Louisiana, the mixing of people from different areas of the country for the purpose of celebrating love, commitment, and absolute joy. Family and friends from California and New Orleans mixed together to make this a beautiful wedding and an awesome day.  As Jessi’s gentle and beautiful tattoo reminds us all, “Love never fails” , and I believe everyone present on this beautiful day was an example of this and they made the day even more special.

Jessi & Dingo,

I just have to say, you are blessed with amazing support and people who wish you the absolute best. With that foundation, your love, respect for each other, and honor you give God, you are unstoppable. I pray you are blessed beyond measure, pressed down and overflowing, every day of your lives. That what ever life brings you, you always seek the good, beautiful, and sometimes surprising joy that is hidden within. In life when the bad days come, may you always remember, there is no greater force in this world, no greater strength, no power with more force, than that of love, and no greater blessing than to be loved by your spouse the way God seeks to love us. Be blessed, and may your smiles never fade and your laughter always ring in the lives of those you meet.

Enjoy!!
